The Bank’s lending activities consist primarily of commercial real estate secured loans, owner-occupied real estate loans, multi-family properties, SBA Loans and commercial and industrial loans. We acquired the Bank formerly known as Broadway National Bank (“BNB”), in 2013. BNB was originally organized in 1986 by members of the local Korean American business community.
