We offer trainings, workshops, facilitation and coaching. Leicht- und Tiefsinn means a sense of lightness AND depth for great collaboration that includes everyone and is fun. For a better (business-) world ✨ We have set up a series of Liberating Structures workshops that enables you to experience (almost) every structure yourself and learn what it takes to use them in your own working environment. That includes both the 33 methods that are included in the published book and website, as well as some of the structures in development. We offer those workshops both in English and German. We work with people in a variety of organizations: corporations, culture, and society. All of them want to bring forward change and work with their teams with more ease and depth: leaders and teams, HR professionals and team leads, change managers, agile coaches, and more. Birgit Nieschalk accompanies teams for strategic projects and facilitates innovation processes. As an experienced practitioner and a pioneer for Liberating Structures in Germany she is a co-publisher and co-author for the upcoming German-language practical field guide book “Einfach.Zusammen.Arbeiten”. Anja Kässner is a facilitator and leads workshops. She helps teams to design their collaboration with the right methods in a meaningful way, both virtually and physically. She is active in the Liberating Structures community and is one of the most experienced practitioners of Liberating Structures in Germany.
