Southwest Water Conditioning and “The Culligan Man” have been in Albuquerque since the early 1950’s.Originally owned and operated by Elmer Sproule, a local businessman who later became a figure in the real estate business here in Albuquerque, the operation later became a company-owned operation of Culligan International Co. In 1983, the dealership was purchased by the Vinyard family and Southwest Water Conditioning was formed. The company remains your locally owned and operated Culligan dealer today after nearly 30 years.
