Z&R is a full service management company with emphasis on the management of community associations. We also have a full service sales and rental division that can handle rentals or listings within the Community if your homeowners so desire. Although we’ve never advertised, our business has been blessed to grow steadily since it’s inception in 1982 solely based on word of mouth references. Z&R is a second generation family-owned and operated small business with our roots in Colorado Springs. We pride ourselves as a long-standing member of the Colorado Springs community and have always operated under the same name. We are also completely independent and locally owned; not simply a subsidiary of a larger out of state corporation or just a branch office for an out of town management company. You might think it unnecessary we mention this, but in the management business stability and consistency are hard to come by and what you see is not always what you get.
