At Bridlewood Estate Winery, our goal is to carefully craft distinct wines that are expressive of California's Central Coast. We know you've probably heard that before, so let us tell you a little bit about what makes us different. Instead of finding a few tons of fruit that will simply just do, we take great pride in precisely locating the perfect Central Coast grapes to put in each bottle. We lose a lot of sleep and are obsessed with getting each wine just right. That being said, we hold each other and our grapes to the highest of standards. Each lot is crafted separately in state-of-the-art tanks and barrels from top cooperages. No detail is left unnoticed by our expert hands -- from vineyard selection to yeast and oak choices. We are proud of the wines we make.
