National Health Rehabilitation (NHR) is a national organization of Physiatrists (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians) who provides acute level Physiatry care in the sub-acute setting. We partner with skilled nursing centers to improve patient care and satisfaction, center communication and documentation, and physician coverage. NHR Physicians are highly skilled in rehabilitation medicine and pain management and are truly passionate about providing comprehensive, individualized treatment programs that lead to improved functional outcomes.
