At Lean Scaled Architects, we deliver training and advisory services get from “Point Waterfall to Point Agilefall”, and (when it makes sense) to get from “Point Agilefall to point Agile”. We do this primarily through the delivery of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise) training, mentoring, and end-to-end BPM/EA services. When it’s time to put the training into action, we specialize in helping organizations “connect the dots” using a Solution Intent Repository approach. The goal is to “scale up” agile delivery capabilities needed to bring business and IT folks together — after all, cross-functional teams need cross-functional designs.
