The principles of the book Find Your WHY! to become frickin' awesome, and within the WHYs Women and WHYs men community we help you to answer the question "WHY am I here?" Looking at where you are right now, reviewing your past to understand what might be getting in your way to where you want to be. We do this by increasing your AWARENESS. Once we know what needs to change we help you to set a new INTENTION with tangible tools, tips and techniques we will show you how to keep MOTIVATED, how to focus and how to achieve by moving into the final stage with MANIFESTATION.
