Mission: Educate, Empower, Unite Educate- We must advocate for the energy sector. The best way to do this is through educating our community, neighbors, friends, and students about what the energy sector does. We will combat the false narrative and rhetoric that has been spun and projected to the masses. Educate students regarding the jobs available in the energy sector. Educate the community on the very strict safety policies and precautions that are taken in the energy community daily. Empower- We strive to empower the energy industry employees and leaders to embrace the benefits and gifts the energy sector provides. As an example, it currently funds our schools, teachers, highways, and much of our infrastructure. Empower employees to speak the truth about what we do in the industry and be proud of all that we contribute. Every single employee in this industry has worth. They have a unique skill set that is valuable. Unite- We want to unite our community. This includes our teachers, medical personal and all other professions. Energy touches and encompasses every other industry. It is the industry that makes all others possible. We want to provide scholarships to students who demonstrate an interest in energy and reward them with scholarship to any college or vocational program of their choice. We want to support Wyoming Energy Families and the industry that makes everything possible. This industry pulls people out of poverty and provides a livable wage. There is none other like it and we should be proud.
