Hello and welcome, Over the past 15+ years, I have worked with a range of government regulated businesses and found a unique skill and passion at helping these businesses to achieve amazing things. My experience is broad, and skills are varied. I wear many hats, and have honed and developed my skills and experience in a range of areas to enable me to add as much value as I can to my clients. In all of my pursuits I have aimed to bring my unique mix of business acumen and love for quality and compliance as the foundation for business success. Here is a quick summary of what I have been up to over the past few years. In 2016, I founded Strawberry Solutions as a way to bring my passion for digital learning to Education Providers. Today Strawberry Solutions has a team of over 40 staff, and works on some amazing L and D projects with big brands including Breville, Johnson and Johnson, TAFE NSW, and many other government and corporate clients. In 2017, I Co-founded Provider+ as a vehicle to assist NDIS providers run high quality, compliant and successful businesses and have helped over 4000 providers register for the NDIS and many more through the audit process. In 2019, I became an NDIS Auditor and have completed many many audits for multiple Approved Quality Auditing bodies. In 2023, I am pursuing a new challenge of commencing a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) where I hope to find an answer to the question “What are the success factors for Small and Medium Businesses when working in a government regulated environment” In all of these pursuits I have aimed to bring my unique mix of business acumen and love for quality and compliance as the foundation for business success.
