Cohagen is a consultant and fractional executive creating teams, products, and partnerships that serve a greater good. His practice focuses primarily on executive team leadership and business development and leverages philosophies from EOS/Traction and the Great Game of Business. A knack for business first expressed itself when Cohagen started a business from his dad’s basement at age 15. He went on to graduate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and spend several years at Microsoft, working in a technical and business advisory role. Since branching out to consulting, Cohagen now focuses on helping client organizations break through to the next level of success. Cohagen is highly selective with the work he takes on, choosing to apply his time and effort in areas where he can make the most substantial impact.
