We are an M&A Investment business based in the UK and USA.  We actively purchase owner managed businesses and have several within our portfolio by doing thus we understand how to build and grow well established businesses whilst adding long term value. We fill the void between a sale via Private Equity & a trade sale in which we become an active part of the management team and facilitate an acceptable exit for the owner/s to retain the existing staff base and invest in their development. If required, we will provide additional investment within the business to fund future growth. Our modus operandi is then understand how these businesses work, create a strategy to grow organically & via acquisition in order to create long term value.
