Located within 600 miles (about a day’s drive) of two-thirds of the U.S. population and 30 minutes to the UPS Worldport, the largest automated package handling facility in the world. Also 30 minutes to Louisville International Airport. RJ Corman and Norfolk Southern railroads both service areas of our community. Established in 1957 we have made a name for ourselves among a community eager to meet the future head on by recruiting clean industries that provide sound jobs for area residents. We have long been noted for our excellent business climate. In recent years, we have encouraged several major companies to locate in our community. The Leadership here is sincerely interested in new businesses and the opportunities they bring.
