Feet on the Ground is a not-for-profit organization that aims to forward the use of holistic interventions for post-traumatic resilience and growth. We believe that everyone has a right to access mental health education and complementary trauma resolution approaches. We empower trauma-exposed populations — including refugees, veterans, aid workers, and assault survivors — with somatic tools and practices for growth and healing. We also provide education and consultation for healthcare professionals, educators, yoga teachers, and interested individuals on mind-body approaches to working with trauma.
