Hinge Therapeutics is an early-stage biopharmaceutical company based in Torrance, CA (main lab) and in Sunnyvale, CA (satellite lab). Our focus is on developing small-molecule and small peptide therapeutics against traditionally undruggable/challenging targets for unmet medical needs. Our proprietary Hinge Drug Discovery Platform has generated several novel inactivators against targets which are traditionally targeted only by large molecules such as antibody and siRNA or not targeted by any means. We are working on targets in bleeding disorders (including Hemophilia A&B), immuno-oncology (immuno-suppression) , solid tumors (targeting tumor microenvironment), and Alzheimer’s. We are also developing proprietary multi-ion bioimager which enables functional measurement of our targets real time. Our integrated drug discovery platform enables fast drug design and validation against some of the most challenging targets and diseases.
