ILOS Projects GmbH has been established in 2018 with the focus on PV development within Europe by Nikolaus Krane and Michael Winter. After 18 months Omnes Capital a French leading private equity firm approved by the French financial authorities (AMF, Autorité des Marchés Financiers), having over €3.8bn of assets under management acquired 50% in ILOS in order to facilitate the growth of ILOS through providing development capital as well as construction finance. The vision if the ILOS is to develop 2-3 GWP until 2025 and to become an IPP that operates PV assets in the core markets Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Greece, UK and Ireland.
