Pegasi AS is a Norwegian investment company which exercise long-term, active ownership in companies with a development potential. The company is privately owned and has it origin from the sale of a larger property portfolio owned by Lier Eiendom AS. Today the company manages capital through two different business areas, financial investments and real estate. Pegasi AS strategy is to build up a property portfolio through buy/sell and development of real estate projects, in cooperation with other property companies and financial investors.
