The Society of Incentive & Travel Excellence (SITE) is a worldwide organization of business professionals dedicated to the recognition and development of motivational and performance improvement strategies of which travel is a key component. It recognizes global cultural differences and practices in developing these strategies, and serves as a prime networking and educational opportunity for its members. Core Purpose The Core Purpose of The Society of Incentive & Travel Excellence is to foster networking and professional development among individuals and business entities involved in the use of motivation, incentives, and travel rewards. Currently Site has over 2,200 members in 90 countries, with 29 local and regional chapters. Site members represent corporate executives, incentive companies, destination management companies, travel & event planners, official tourist organizations, marketing & public relations consultants, transportation companies, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, trade publications, and supporting organizations such as restaurants and visitor attractions Site provides international conferences, educational seminars, networking programmes and information services to those who design, develop, promote, sell, administer, and operate motivational programmes as an incentive to increase productivity in business.
