CENTRO DE AMIGOS, LLC is a culturally-specific (CLAS standards of a social and physical environment), community based organization that is designed to create opportunities for Spanish-speaking seniors that encourage authentic friendships, builds trust and reinforces a senior's social support system for better population healthcare outcomes - allowing them to age-in-place despite their many barriers to care.
