Our financial wellness programs serve our veterans, first responders, fire, safety, nurses and doctors, and parents with children throughout Michigan. Many of those we help are families with children unable to qualify for a lease. We provide a master lease program for those in need so they can live in a safe community near work or school. We have five years’ experience doing business as Innovative Apartment Group. Our first year, the group provided 50 families with housing and currently supports over 200 families every month. We would like funding to help more people through our nonprofit 501(c)3 Second Chance Pathways. Our team started with three people, and we have grown to seven, together we are making a positive impact on our residents' lives. Many Residents come to us from a helpless situation during troubled times where compromised credit has turned into a housing crisis. We provide financial services, education coursework, and resources that support the process to better mental health. We work directly with Agencies all over Michigan to assist our Residents who live throughout our communities with opt-in programs that can help with Rent, Repair, and Rebuild financial health and stability in the community. Thirty percent of adults who reach the age of thirty experience a hiccup having damaged their credit who are in need of targeted services for example the LiveIAG Program Model: - One year program with option to renew - Education and coaching to repair credit for a better future - Perks & credit achieved towards rent expenses - Mentoring, coaching, and educators’ program - Sponsorship & donor recognition that pay a portion of rent - The Department of Education for advanced training - Association Internship, and Apprenticeship Programs. Credit affects the quality of life like a safe place to live near school or work, reliable transportation, positive mental health, access to education & information, nutritional food, and other essentials in life. To directly influence change we offer the right tools to build wealth of knowledge through direct access to coaching advisors.
