Since 1972, St. Joseph Educational Center has served as a Catholic adult education center supported by the parishes of the Des Moines region in central Iowa. The Center offers continuing education for parish catechetical leaders; delivers and coordinates presentations, lectures and workshops at regional parishes for lay Catholics on faith matters; helps parishes to improve their faith formation programs; and provides retreats for parish staff.
