WOMEN IN FUNDS is a social community founded by Laura Schnaidt for the women working in the private investment funds industry (hedge, PE, venture, credit, crypto and real estate funds) and select senior female leaders at law firms, investment banks and financial consultants. WOMEN IN FUNDS' objective is to create a positive and tight-knit community, by providing meaningful opportunities for its members, providing support, and educating on developing industry trends in an accessible and engaged way. Our mission is for its members to support each other in business, create space in which to thrive and enjoy their careers, and reduce the loss of female talent. WOMEN IN FUNDS is simultaneously a catalyst for and a supporter of, female momentum. WOMEN IN FUNDS has social, educational and charitable events, provides resources such as a podcast with CLE, network introductions and job search assistance. Over 400 members in NYC, across the US and EU/UK. We value camaraderie, teamwork and positivity.
