Welcome to our Martial Arts School, the place where all ages can start a journey of personal growth via the mastery of classical kobudo and shotokan karate, meet new friends and feel accomplished, in a relaxed and safe environment. With a focus on traditional Okinawan and Japanese weapons, we train in Kata (choreographed martial arts moves) and Kumite (freestyle fighting) using safe, UK legal, foam, plastic and wooden weapons, as well as karate with practical self-defence applications in the real world.
