Programs offered through HCC include adult literacy, computer skills training, and youth development. We also oversee the Harlem Entrepreneurial Fund (HEF), a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) providing Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) with microloans and credit repair loans. HCC also works closely with the NYC Business Solutions Center of Upper Manhattan and Washington Heights to make it easier for Harlem, Upper Manhattan, and Washington Heights residents to start, operate, and grow community-based businesses.
