www.snjpc.orgThe Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative (SNJPC) is the state licensed Maternal and Child Health Consortium serving the seven county region of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. For more than 30 years, the agency has been on the frontlines of building a healthier region for families and children. SNJPC works closely with policymakers, healthcare providers, government agencies and individuals to develop strategies that improve the system of care. From public health education to case management and provider training, SNJPC improves the health of families through a comprehensive set of programs that address critical issues such as infant mortality, smoking cessation, lead poisoning, perinatal substance use, postpartum depression and more. In 2002, SNJPC established its subsidiary agency, Family Health Initiatives (FHI). SNJPC maintains offices in Pennsauken, Camden City and Absecon, New Jersey.
