www.weare3b.orgWe are Claire and Sue and we are 3b - The Mental Well-being Company. Our mission is to help people improve their mental well-being and to bring more of the 3bs into their daily life. To Be, Believe, Breathe. Be is about being yourself and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Believe is about trusting in your abilities, to know yourself and to be able to own your thoughts and emotions. Breathe is about making time and space each and every day to pause - to breathe, and to discover ways to do this that work for you. 3b evolved as a result of our own experiences of working in stressful environments and dealing with the challenges of big personal life changes. We wanted to learn more about ourselves and to understand what was happening through this process with our emotional, physical and mental health. We discovered different techniques to support us; examining our habits, patterns and triggers and researching the latest developments in neuroscience and mind health. By combining this with our training in Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Mindfulness; we now have a bank of knowledge, skills and resources to share with others - supporting businesses, individuals, groups and the wider community. We provide a range of training and workshops - on-line and in person, including Building a Healthier Mindset, Emotional Wealth and the Your Mind Matters programme. We deliver 1-1 and group coaching sessions focusing on mental well-being. We offer a Mind Pamper and a Mind Spa 3 hour session for groups. We have a weekly podcast - Well-being Mojo with over 80 episodes to date and a new episode released each Tuesday. We host a radio show every Thursday between 12pm and 2pm on Halton Community Radio - Let’s Talk Well-being, featuring guest interviews, discussions, plus tips and techniques. We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) and we believe that everyone should be able to access support and resources to help boost their mental well-being.
