RaChiT Software Solutions is an IT software solutions provider enterprise based at Indore, India. The Organization was found in May 2009 with an objective to cater three major verticals of the Software industry, which are Processes, Products and Projects. RaChiT Software Solutions has successfully delivered the Consultation into Business Process Optimization and Project Management, developed a number of Web Applications for the prestigious middle sized enterprises in US and is working over the roadmap of products. The Organization operates with 40 associates in Indore. We work on a flexi-time mode, which allows our associates to work us per their comfort and this is a major reason of deliverance of the best quality. As our Mission, we emphasize on Client’s satisfaction, Quality, right person for right job, punctuality, adherence to Processes and associate’s satisfaction. For our associates we have implied three rules: No Boundation, No Burden and No Hesitation. We want them not to hesitate in sharing whatever they feel, never take any burden, let us share it and no one is bound by anything, except deadlines. We allow everyone to do whatever one feels to. We believe that everyone associated with us is mature enough to understand these principles and hence deliver the best quality. We wish to satisfy the Clients and be satisfied in our own.
