Human To Human Employment is a Community Interest Company that will positively change the way people and employers think about disability and employing disabled individuals. Our vision is to ensure that we all live within a society that values everyone’s uniqueness and where all individuals can have a fair opportunity to contribute their skills within the workplace. We offer a unique, hands on service to organisations where we create bespoke recruitment and interview processes that will make company procedures more inclusive. This will allow talented disabled job seekers to comfortably demonstrate their skills and organisations to successfully access and employ talented disabled job seekers. Our service not only allows organisations to access an untouched talent pool but will demonstrate that they are an ethical organisation that truly reflects and respects their customer base. Our forthcoming website will also offer informational videos that will educate and remove the fear around disability and employment. These will be available free to everyone so that we can tackle difficulties in the workplace and ensure that as a society we work together to respect peoples individuality.
