Los Cucos Mexican Cafe was founded in 1991 by two brothers, Sergio and Manuel Cabrera. This company was originally a small cafe that was located on Highway 6 and Clay Rd. in Houston, Texas. The Cabreras or, "Cucos" as they were nicknamed, specialized in serving great authentic Mexican food to the general public. The Cucos' passion has always been fresh ingredients, and a love for pleasing people through their distinct, powerful, and flavorful food.This passion has sustained for over 17 years in the restaurant industry.
