We realize grass-root turnkey EPS Resin Manufacturing Plant Projects in Turkey and various countries with EPC contract including all of the stage of feasibility, technology licensing, design, procurement, installation, supervizing, testing and commissionning. With reactor volumes ranging from 5 m3 to 50 m3, EPS Resin Production Plants with very flexible capacities can be established. Thanks to this flexibility, GEMATECH technology can always offer solutions suitable for the needs of different customers with facilities with large capacities for industrial purposes and capacities to meet their own needs. Small capacity (100 tons / month - 200 tons / month) EPS Resin Plants are skid mounted and prepared as mobile and shipped in a ready-to-operate condition.
