Five Talents works with local partners to transform lives by starting community-led Savings Groups where members can learn, earn, save and invest together. In Groups members receive literacy, numeracy and business skills training, equipping them to set up businesses with their own resources. Microfinance initiatives support small businesses. Through training, saving, and access to loans, our partners support members as they establish and nurture their small businesses. Each business builds economic independence for the individual entrepreneur, their families and the families of those they employ.
