Alicat operates arguably the UK's No.1 repair facility dedicated to the service and repair of small craft up to 40m. With a 200 tonne boat lift (mobile marine vessel lift) the facility is home to East Anglia's largest hoist. The facility has all major services onsite and is designed to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, including:- • Marine Electrical • Fabrication • Stainless Steel Fabrication • Precision Engineering • Painters, joiners, shipwrights and stores • Specialist diesel engine services • 200T Mobile Vessel Lift • 6,500 square metres of hard standing areas • Fully equipped service vans for work in situ • Electrical shore supply and water • Aircraft style mobile steps for easy vessel access • Quay heading • 184m of quayside with direct access to the North Sea Alicat has two building berths and an enclosed dry dock with a total length of 35m, 9m beam and a draft of up to 2m.
