Our first product is a soup that could provide health benefits to those at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) by reducing elevated blood glucose to normal levels, by consuming one portion of soup per week. We are undertaking further clinical trials to confirm the data we already have with the aim of securing health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and other regulatory bodies around the world. In addition to the data linking glucoraphanin to possible blood glucose reduction, there is also research to suggest that glucoraphanin can reduce cholesterol and may have a beneficial impact on heart disease and various cancers, including prostate cancer.
