Lean Enterprise Australia is a non-profit organisation that takes responsibility for advancing Lean Thinking and Practices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. It is our mission to improve performance and living standards; enable prosperity while minimising resource use and environmental impact; provide more fulfilling work and continued personal development; and, enable consumers to create more value. We are an affiliate of the Lean Global Network of similar organisations in fifteen countries in every continent. We fulfil our mission by sharing information with our target audience via summits, sale of relevant books, public speaking, our website and associations with other organisations; by educating our target market by public workshops, in-company training and company coaching; and by our own learning, from conducting company projects, which helps improve our other activities.
