Although our analyses may have relevance in many different situations, we have chosen to focus our practice on business valuation. We are “Qualified Appraisers” as provided in the Internal Revenue Code and in the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004. Based in Lutherville, Maryland (Baltimore), our staff of Financial Analysts, including CFAs and ASAs, works on engagements for clients primarily headquartered in the mid-Atlantic, although projects may be located anywhere in the world. Referral sources (current and former clients, leading attorneys, major audit firms, etc.) introduce our firm to clients in need of well-reasoned and defensible valuations (on complex assignments) that are understandable to the target audiences and difficult to refute.
