Analyzing turnover, recruiting talent, examining marketing/messaging, and building cohesive management teams. •Consult executives and public officials to accomplish strategic initiatives, build better teams, and improve their personal brand •Establish training exercises to congeal teams, improve knowledge, and facilitate better information flow. •Investor looking to purchase/assume commercial real estate notes, properties, and other income producing opportunities.
