Florida Naturopathic Physicians Association is the official statewide professional membership organization representing Florida Naturopathic Doctors (NDs). Founded in 1935, FNPA serves as the active, unified voice for all those who support access to naturopathic medical care provided by licensed NDs in the state of Florida. To this end, we invite professionals and citizens alike to join us in pursuit of our goals: + to advance, promote, and protect the science and practice of Naturopathic Medicine, and to evaluate the standards of naturopathic medical knowledge and practice in the state of Florida + to educate the public about the merits of Naturopathic Medicine + to create and maintain legislation for the qualified practice of naturopathic medicine and restrict licensure of Naturopathic Physicians to those who have graduated from programs of Naturopathic Medicine recognized by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and/or the federally recognized accrediting body for Naturopathic Medical Education Programs.
