We specialize in the open fire heat treatment of raw materials to meet mechanical property requirements. We have the capability to process bar, tube and plate lengths up to 24' 6". Heat treatments are performed in open fire carbottom furnaces with quenching options. Straightening of long bars and tubes is also offered. Heat treatment of bars, tubes, plates, blocks, and forged shapes are routinely performed for the oil and gas industry.
