The Landscape Architecture Experts ASLA Colorado members are an educated group of landscape architect professionals involved with planning, designing and protecting the outdoor-built environment. Whether our members are planning and designing new communities including urban cityscapes, protecting historic ones, or providing land use recommendations, our members have an unwavering commitment to advancing the profession. At the Forefront of Government Affairs and Advocacy ASLA Colorado recognizes the importance of public policy to maintain the highest quality standards in the profession and within our communities through the following activities: Promoting licensure to maintain a high level of competence and training for the protection of the public and the profession. Developing new laws and public policy to protect and maintain the environment. Offering guidance to public and government professionals when reviewing new plans or policies that affect the environment.
