Walter has nearly 30 years of experience in the medical insurance industry, in both leadership positions with large insurance companies as well as starting and growing his own successful insurance agency. After college, Walter started his professional career in the health insurance industry, holding various carrier sales and marketing management positions; culminating as the Director of Kaiser Permanente's Small Business and Individual Plan Division. He then started up his own insurance agency and grew it into a highly successful internet based company with over 2000 clients. Walter is currently a partner at Lambert & Hollis Insurance Brokers, a full service employee benefits brokerage located in Tustin, California. Walter earned his undergraduate degree in business from University of Rhode Island and also holds an MBA in marketing from University of LaVerne. Born in Connecticut, Walter has his roots in New England, but is proud to call California his home for the past 25 years, raising a family of three, now adult sons, he lives in Anaheim Hills with his wife Laurie.
