Basford United Football Club are the 3rd biggest football club in Nottingham.non-league football club playing at the 3rd tier of the Non-League football pyramid and members of the Northern Premier League. The club play on the Greenwich Avenue Sports facility that boasts a state of the art 3G artificial surface housed within a Football Stadia Complex. The club installed a Shockpad and an integrated high power water sprinkler system under the 3G to provide ultimate playing conditions. The club is led by ambitious Chairman Chris Munroe & managed by former Nottm Forest defender Steve Chettle. The club runs a highly successful full time Football Educational Program. The Basford umbrella contains 25 junior/Youth Phase, Academy, Senior & Veterans teams.
