Established in 2001, Air3 Limited is a highly successful, progressive, independent contracting company. Inherent to our business is our focus and ‘can do’ attitude. Our reputation has been established on finding innovative solutions for complex problems: delivering our projects on time, on budget and to complete satisfaction of the client.We provide a one stop shop for our clients in the following areas: Building refurbishment, Office and Retail Interior fit-outs, specialist joinery, external envelope cladding and second structures and construction contracting services. Company founder and Director, Peter Morgan, setup Air3 (Architectural Interior Refurbishments) after 20 years hands on management experience within the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. Since then the company has experienced substantial year on year growth, to present day, where our turnover is in the region of £3 million and we employ 30 dedicated staff members. Geographically we cover London and the South East – but we have been known to venture further afield. Our previous projects range from £10,000 to £900,000 with over 80% of our business coming from repeat clients. As we are often asked, the 3 in our company name represents our three key project objectives: HS&E, Quality and Cost.
