YRes is the junior arm of Resolution, and London YRes is the network for London-based family law professionals at the start of their careers. YRes exists to ensure that there is an opportunity for Resolution members who are starting out on their career path to share their experiences, concerns and ideas, ask questions, and develop skills and knowledge in a friendly and supportive environment. All members of Resolution under 10 years’ PQE in the London or South West London regions are automatically members of London YRes and are encouraged to get involved in all the YRes events taking place in the region. The London YRes committee work hard to provide a series of training seminars throughout the year which meet the needs of our members. We also provide networking opportunities and the chance to get to know your peers at other firms. Finally, we provide a social forum with events throughout the year, most notably the summer and Christmas parties, as well as the drinks reception at the annual Resolution conference.
