Scott Sharon, CPT (certified personal trainer), is a retired Captain in the Army, who helped troops physically prepare for combat in Vietnam. After the war, he started a career in Engineering, where he founded many companies in the fast-food industry and for several years helped companies like Coca-Cola and major fast-food chains sell unhealthy products. In retirement, Scott's passion is now helping people live a healthier and better quality of life as a certified personal trainer... and yes, he's 70-something and knows how to stay fit! Scott is able to progress one's fitness level... from a different perspective.
