World leaders in welfare benefits understanding, assessment and modelling. Since 1987 (1980 if you count our time as a Citizens Advice Bureaux project) we've led the way in using technology to provide accurate and useful information and advice. With a record that includes the world's first large scale roll out of mobile technology in government (1987) and the world's first web based advice system (1995), we've put technology into service for the citizen for longer than anyone else. We're still breaking new ground; with our ability to look ahead through the introduction of Welfare Reform and with our tools to support continuous client support we're looking ahead to our second 25 years with excitement.
