Young Women's Leadership Initiative is a non profit organization founded to provide young women with the tips, tools and resources to live a meaningful, purposeful and impactful life.We provide guidance for young women on how to achieve academic, professional and personal success.Young Women's Leadership Initiative provides mentorship opportunities, women empowerment seminars, conferences, resources and opportunities to give back and get involved with various humanitarian initiatives geared toward women and girls development. The organization’s model is designed to serve women seeking personal and professional transformation. The model provides women with leadership education and direct access to a network of trusted advisors. Mentors help students achieve life goals through developing a step-by-step plan for success and, as a result, students gain the confidence and insight needed to become women leaders of the future. Today, YWLI is creating a global community where women can learn from and support one another in through our leadership development programs Still, many social barriers must be overcome.
