WEN Wales is a vibrant network of organisations and individuals who are committed to making Wales a safer and fairer place for women and girls. We aim to provide clarity and a united voice on the serious issues facing women in Wales. We are a member-led organisation. Our Trustees are elected from the membership and form the Management Committee which guides the work of the organisation. We have a small staff team who carry out a range of activities in line with our organisational priorities.
