We focus on specific industries where we feel we are uniquely positioned to help our clients, based on our expertise in that industry. We’re very deliberate of industries we serve, business type, and size of clients. Before starting a long term relationship (yes, that is how we look at our clients), we do a deep dive with our clients to make sure we fully understand their pain points, their goals, and we make sure that we can add value. If we don’t see how we can add value, we won’t accept the engagement! We are currently accepting new clients in one of the following two industries, and based on the described criteria where we feel we can provide significant value to you. Real Estate Management If you own or manage a substantial portfolio of real estate, we might be able to help you. We handle clients with ten units up to 1,000s of units. The software we work with is Rent Manager and Yardi. Ecommerce If your gross sales are a million-plus across all platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and you’re in business 2+ years, we might be a good match!
