Established in 2019, and funded by Health Education England, our mission is to nurture and empower Derbyshire’s primary and social care workforce. Our tailored support and training programmes drive the development and retention of our local workforce. We work with Primary Care Networks and across Derby and Derbyshire, supporting PCN Clinical Directors and Business Managers with workforce planning and recruitment and providing professional, accessible and inclusive training experiences at every level. https://www.healtheducationderbyshire.co.uk/ We meet the needs of our healthcare workforce today, and prepare them for the innovative healthcare system of tomorrow. Our training empowers clinicians to deliver against the NHS Long Term Plan, as well as playing a central role in helping to attract and retain new employees to the newly established and developing General Practice roles.
