We are the largest independent pre-owned car retailer in Europe, having sold over 1.3 million cars and served over 2.6 million clients since our inception in 1992. We are a fully omni-channel retailer, with 53 locations across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Germany (including 41 full service branches, 6 buying branches and 6 Driverama micro-branches), as well as dedicated websites for each of our key brands. Over the years, we have automated many of our business processes with embedded machine learning, robotic search, proprietary pricing algorithms, automated decision-making, real time demand analysis and online sales leveraging our extensive branch network and market knowledge. In 2021, we launched our new brand, Driverama, leveraging our data-driven technology platforms with a clear focus on developing a cross-border asset light online retail platform for buying and selling pre-owned cars in Western Europe supported by low cost physical infrastructure in the form of micro-branches and a shop-in-shop concept.
